This Privacy Policy describes how Blue Mountain Epoxy LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or contact us through it.
We've tried to keep this short and plain. If anything is unclear, give us a call.

What we collect
When you fill out the quote form on our website, we ask for:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- The type of project (garage, shop, patio, or other)
- A short description of the floor
That's it. The website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, advertising tags, or analytics scripts. We do not have user accounts or login areas.
Our site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which automatically logs basic technical information (IP address, browser, time of request) for security and uptime purposes. That data is held and deleted by Cloudflare under its own privacy notice.
The quote form is processed by Formspree, which forwards your submission to our email inbox and stores it briefly under Formspree's own privacy policy.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to:
- Get back to you about your project
- Prepare an estimate
- Schedule an in-person visit if it makes sense
- Keep a record of past inquiries for our business records
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with marketers or advertisers. The only places your information goes are our email inbox, Formspree (the form processor), and — if relevant to a specific job — our accountant or attorney as part of normal business operations.
How long we keep it
We keep quote inquiries for up to three years so we can find old conversations if you call us back. If you'd like us to delete yours sooner, just email us.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- Send you a copy of what we have on file about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete it

California residents
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you specific rights. Most of those are already described above. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right to not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.
Children
This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top. For significant changes, we'll note it on the homepage for a while.
